The department administers and develops programs relating to many facets of human resource functions including the daily administration of company programs. In addition, HR administers all benefit programs for the Administrative Office Building and union employees at the Stony Brook Energy Center.

Corporate Communications
The MMWEC Corporate Communications and Public Affairs department is responsible for maintaining, and promoting, a positive relationship between the company and surrounding community, and the company with its member systems. The Communications staff provides member systems with writing and editing services, publication design and production services, and media and public relations services.

Records Management
