Massachusetts Municipal Wholesale Electric Company

There are 12 positions on the MMWEC Board of Directors. Seven directors are MMWEC Member Managers or Commissioners elected by the MMWEC Membership. Two members of the board are appointed by the Governor of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to serve at his/her request. Three directors are appointed by and represent the interests of the towns of Ludlow, Wilbraham, and Hampden. MMWEC Directors and Officers are elected each year at the MMWEC Annual Meeting. Directors are elected to three-year, staggered terms, and Officers are elected to one-year terms.
